Get your influence skills back to top level
During the Boostday Power2Influence®, you’ll step away from your daily routine and return to the basis. The Influence Model®: What was it about? How can you consciously manage your influence and use it effectively?
Together with other former participants, you’ll bring your skills back on track. You’ll learn from and with each other, and practice using examples from your own work environment to refine your influence behaviour. How can you utilize it to the fullest?

The day begins with a refresher on The Influence Model®, reinforcing the foundation of your skills. With that in place, the focus shifts to real-life cases (you can bring your own case), where you’ll collaborate with fellow alumni in targeted exercises to refine your influence techniques. Personalized feedback on your specific challenges ensures direct, actionable insights.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a stronger command of the material and practical strategies to overcome obstacles in applying The Influence Model®.
