It is a very interesting program with a good balance between types of learning. The exercises help to make the theory your own and to reflect on your own influence styles and behavior. The exercise around mental block’s is insightful and confronting.

Programma heeft me veel gebracht. Fijn om een toolkit aan ”styles” te leren en om te oefenen in een veilige (en leuke) omgeving. De opbouw van het programma was goed, met voldoende lucht en pauzes. Training opdrachten waren intens, maar leidde telkens weer tot nieuwe zelf-reflectie-inzichten.

It’s an intense training program because you immediately put into practice what you learn which reinforces the influence behaviors. I would recommend this to everyone. In fact, I really wish they would teach this stuff in college.

The IBPP programme is very deeply on content which is great when you get to more than just basics. The involvement of actors is the final test in which you can test achieved progress during the programme. Also trainer (Dennis the Mennis) is knowledgable en skilled to lead such workshops trough out the complete 3 days.

The training highly helped me understand the various styles of influencing. It was also opportunity to perform exercises with the group and the actors. The training material provided will be helpful in the longer run.

Program content and objectives are good, travel and logistics made this a tough program. The days are too long. The skills acquired and the active learning techniques were effective for my style of learning. The collaboration and connecting with other global leading colleagues was very impactful as we are facing the same or very similar challenges day in and day out. Having some common language to diagnosis and evaluate with each other is helpful.

For a one-day training, much more depth was covered than I expected, and the topics were truly useful (especially due to the many practical application tips), rather than high-level guidelines.

The Boost Day was very helpful in dusting off knowledge that had faded quite a bit, allowing me to apply it more consciously.

I enjoyed working with flexibility and the role plays, the 8 is given as there is always a room for improvement. There was a bit much of repetition of the same content during the day two.
